FAQ
Answered briefly
Are you at the BCM Summit in person?
We support the BCM Summit as a sponsor and do not have a stand in Hamburg. You can contact us directly using the form on this page.
Can I arrange a meeting at it-sa?
Yes. Select “it-sa meeting” in the form and send us your enquiry. We will arrange the details with you personally.
Can we try the software first?
Yes. There is a 14-day trial, and on request we will set up a demo with your own processes beforehand.
What does the Nica Cyber Suite cost?
That depends on your company size and the modules you need. The alarm app starts at €49 per month (excl. VAT, on a 12-month term); for BCM and emergency management we prepare an individual quote.
Where is our data stored?
In Germany. We host with AWS in Frankfurt; our hosting partner is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018 and 22301, among others.
